TERMS OF DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

After your order, our system will send you an automatic email with the order details and the payment process.

If you do not receive an email from us within 24 hours of ordering, this means that the email address (especially for free mail and citromail) has deleted the email you sent. We only accept transfers (local bank, netbank), bank / postal cash deposit / pink checks or others NO!

When making a transfer, be sure to enter the reference number sent in the automated email in the notification field; otherwise, we may not be able to retrieve your order or determine which customer's recommendation. Products are shipped from our Asian warehouses.

We will refund the purchase price if the product does not arrive!

The longest warranty period is indicated separately for the given product. Our warranty is for Redbay LTD only. valid for products certified with your invoice. The start of the warranty period is the date of receipt of the product. If there is no separate warranty card for the product, the invoice also serves as a warranty card. We guarantee the warranty period for our products that are not covered by the warranty in accordance with the applicable legislation.

In case of malfunction, within the period established by the relevant legislation, the customer may, firstly, request the repair or replacement of the product, secondly, the delivery of the price of the product or exercise the right of withdrawal if the product does not it can be repaired or replaced.

If the product is truly defective, please contact us and we will exchange or purchase the product as agreed.

The warranty is valid only if the outer packaging (envelope) is kept.

All packaging MUST be kept until all products arrive; otherwise we cannot help with any complaints.

Billing:

The electronic invoice (in pdf format) is issued by our company registered in England, VAT cannot be detected, the transfer is made to our Hungarian company invoice.

We can ship different products from separate stocks, so they arrive in separate shipments.
